Text Alerts
PetMate has now launched its new 'Text Alerts' service. This alerts clients of exactly the time our PetMate staff member has arrived at your destination. We realise that a lot of our clients are often not around to see exactly what is going on, and our aim is to make our clients feel as comfortable as possible with our services. Now you can be sure your pets are taken care of as promised.
What can PetMate 'Text Alerts' be used for?
Dog Walking:
You will receive a text from PetMate when your dog has been picked up for his/her walk as well as when the walk is complete and your dog is safe and sound at home.
Pet Sitting:
You will receive a text at the exact time our PetMate staff has arrived at your home to check on your pets.
Pet Transportation:
You will receive a text when your pet has been picked up as well as when he/she has been dropped off at the destination.
