Terms & Conditions

·      The client must inform PetMate of any pet behavioral issues / traits at consultation stage.  Failure to inform may result in cancellation of bookings.

·      PetMate does not accept aggressive dogs for the Doggy Day Care service.

·      All animals must be vaccinated, de-wormed, and have regular flea treatments.

·      All dogs must have collars and Identification tags to include owners details.  It is also advisable to micro-chip your dog for identity purposes.

·      If your pet is not spayed / neutered, PetMate cannot be held responsible for any impregnating or impregnation whilst in our care.

·      PetMate will endeavor to ensure your pet is well cared for in your absence, however PetMate cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet inside or outside the home whilst in our care.

·      Prices and costs are only applicable to the North Suburb areas of Durban, thereafter an additional travelling fee may be added.

·      All bank payments must be referenced with the name and surname of the pet owner.

·      All cancelations are to be received by PetMate at least 48 hours prior to booking.  Thereafter a 100% penalty fee will be applicable.

·      Costs may be doubled over public holidays.
 
·      Security / Keys
All keys retained by PetMate are colour coded and contained securely.  No addresses or phone numbers are ever attached to the keys and client’s details are stored in a separate secure location.
